Welcome to AltaVista Painting Pro LLC. By accessing our website at www.altavistapaintingpro.com or engaging our painting services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
AltaVista Painting Pro LLC provides professional residential and commercial painting services in Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Fishers, Geist, and surrounding Indiana communities. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Cabinet refinishing and painting
- Commercial painting projects
- Drywall repair and preparation
- Color consultation
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided in writing following an on-site or virtual assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing is based on actual project scope. Any changes to the scope of work that result in additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before work proceeds.
3. Project Agreement
A formal project agreement or contract will be provided before work begins. This agreement outlines scope of work, payment terms, project timeline, and warranty information. Work begins only after a signed agreement and initial deposit (if applicable) are received.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. Accepted payment methods include check, bank transfer, and credit card (processing fees may apply). Final payment is due upon completion of the project and client walkthrough approval.
5. Warranties and Satisfaction Guarantee
AltaVista Painting Pro stands behind our work with a Peace-of-Mind Promise™: if you are not satisfied with the quality of our painting, we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge, as outlined in your project agreement. Warranty coverage is limited to workmanship defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by external factors, or changes in customer preferences.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
- Remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and pets from work areas
- Ensure utilities (electricity, water) are available during the project
- Communicate any known property conditions that may affect the work
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your project agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
AltaVista Painting Pro LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the applicable project agreement. We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage on all jobs.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of AltaVista Painting Pro LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
10. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
